Excellence scholarships for international students offered by UNIL Excellence scholarships for international students offered by UNIL ==================================================================== CIVIS Highlights 13 september 2024 The University of Lausanne offers around 10 excellence scholarships for academically distinguished students, to pursue their master’s studies in Switzerland. Designed for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree from a university outside Switzerland, these scholarships provide financial support to a select group of students who wish to enrol in one of UNIL’s 42 master's programmes. ![](/storage/files/adobestock-310400928.jpeg)This scholarship offers awardees CHF 1,600 (around 1700 EUR) per month to cover living expenses throughout the duration of their master’s, which may be 1,5 or 2 years, depending on the programme. The scholarship covers almost all the living costs in Lausanne. Pre-requisites for applicants ----------------------------- Students wishing to apply for the Excellence Scholarship must submit their applications by 1 November 2024 (midnight, CET). This scholarship is highly competitive, and applicants are encouraged to provide a strong dossier that highlights their academic achievements, motivation for pursuing a master’s degree at UNIL, and long-term career goals. To be eligible, applicants must have obtained a bachelor's degree from a university outside of Switzerland and demonstrate excellent academic performance.
